• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow your parcel's journey.

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

• Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Our Error: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Fig Theory bears all return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Size or Mind Change: The customer pays for return shipping. However, we offer one free size exchange shipment for full-price items.
